I love pizza night! You can turn a store brought dough into something homemade. My favorite dough is from Trader Joes. Its already made, a great price and it tastes great. Next time I think I will add garlic cloves on top, not too many. I love garlic…..

I love Trader Joe’s Rosemary and Truffle Almonds. The cheese on the far bottom left is Dutch (so good).

I added craisins, garlic, chopped  walnuts, and sautéed onions. Great side dish. Hope you enjoy!

Kale Pesto with garlic and prosciutto on spinach pizza dough

A favorite one pan meal for a week night. Super easy and clean up is quick so you don’t have to be in the kitchen
long. I used chicken thighs for a quick cook.
